• Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original packaging with all seals intact
• Opened or damaged products cannot be returned for safety reasons
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team via email or phone with your order number. We will arrange for a pickup at no additional cost.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

• Products past their expiration date
• Items not purchased from Wellnza
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
